Owner's Accommodation Privileges

The Waldorf Group offers owners of furnished apartments under its management (their family members or nominated guests) unique free accommodation privileges for up to 45 days a year.

Waldorf Accommodation Exchange:
Accommodation in any of the 28 Waldorf Australia or New Zealand serviced apartments or apartment hotel locations.

The arrangement is based on trading the income from your apartment for days or weeks in a similar sized Waldorf apartment.

The arrangement is subject to availability and does not include peak time accommodation. A reservation fee of A$45 will be charge to owners account on reservation. Optional charges including telephone, internet and food & beverage will be charged to your account. On departure a cleaning fee will be also charged to your account.
